soft mattresses limited staff
The mattresses were too soft for my taste, and I did NOT get a good night's sleep. (i tossed and turned all night.). The breakfast was basic. I expected more choices for a hotel in this price range. I also missed having more staff available. Early check-in was difficult to arrange due to limited staff availability.

The hotel had everything needed. The balcony was very nice, breakfast there every day was such a treat! The bed was amazing. I need one for home. The staff were friendly and professional and provided useful restaurant recommendations (I'm not kidding, they were THAT good!).

clean room great location nice breakfast
the room was spacious and clean. the location was great, i walked to many sites from there. breakfast in the room was really nice, i enjoyed it every morning.
the toiletries provided were not quite what i expected for the price.

the location is within short walking distance to sites. i walked to the trevi fountain and the spanish steps. this made sightseeing really easy. i always felt safe when i walked around.

I found a very clean room and a wonderfully huge balcony, it added so much to my stay. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast provided an authentic local experience. I appreciated the central location with easy access to main landmarks.
I noticed the minibar prices were a little higher than nearby shops.

noise level sound intrusion
the location proved acceptable as it provided easy access to transportation.
I found the absence of a readily available luggage storage solution inconvenient. It would have been beneficial to have a designated area. furthermore, the noise level was disruptive. the walls seemed thin allowing significant sound intrusion that impacted sleep quality.

i had the executive suite terrace. the breakfast delivered to my room was convenient. the staff was very friendly and helpful, i really appreciated them. the location allowed easy walks to shopping areas and historical sites.
the mattresses were too soft for my liking, and made it hard to get a good night's sleep
